Everything is made to order by our print partner, Printful. Most orders are printed or embroidered and on their way in 2 to 7 business days. Transit is usually another 3 to 5 business days in the continental US; you get a tracking link by e-mail as soon as it ships.

Shipping is charged at checkout and depends on what you order and where it is going. Several items in one order ship together where Printful can, so a tee and a mug usually cost less to send together than apart.

Not always. Different items are made at different Printful facilities, so a sweatshirt and a canvas may arrive separately, each with its own tracking.

We are an online shop with no storefront, so every order ships to you.

We are sorry. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge: misprints, damage in transit and wrong items all count.

Because each piece is printed just for you, we cannot take back an item for a change of mind or a wrong size you picked. Please check the size notes before you order, and write to us if you are unsure.

Write to us right away. If the order has not gone into production we can fix it; once it ships, the carrier decides.

The Bella+Canvas 3001 tees are a unisex retail fit (a little trimmer than a classic tee); the Comfort Colors tee is roomier and heavier; the women's relaxed tee is cut generously. When in doubt between two sizes, most decorators size up for comfort at the bench.

Inside out, cold water, gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. No bleach, and do not iron directly on the print.

The ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand wash the enamel mug, the insulated tumbler and the bottle.
